I'm still not 100% sure whether to go the OOC route or roleplay yet, so I'll just have my deer develop as I play the game and see if he (I've decided to crossplay) develops a different attitude and personality than my own (so far he is, so roleplay seems likely). Thus far...
*He's still a fawn, so he still doesn't know much about the forest.
*His experience around other deer has built up his confidence. He doesn't get as shy around others anymore!
*He likes company, but is torn between playing with others and taking solo strolls through the forest.
*Cannot resist joining in dances.
*Prefers to play with other fawns, he still gets a bit shy around adults. He may stay around adults to learn what they're doing and learn more about the forest's magic.
*Still learning how to perform magic. It's actually an embarrassing weakness of his...
*Likes to break dance!
*Likes to sleep in the Old Oak Tree. Has tried to sleep in a mushroom circle, but is too impatient and easily distracted to stay in place for five minutes.
*STILL needs a name. I'm just waiting for more character development.
*He likes to visit De Drinkplaats and the ABIOGENESIS idols, since he likes to play with the magic of these areas. He doesn't really know much about the two gods...
In a nutshell, he's the type that can't sit still and loves to explore. He's a bit of a lone wolf, but won't push away other deer. He's still wet behind the ears about the magic and history of the forest and hopes to find his answers by exploring and seeing all the points of interest as well as from the other deer. He doesn't see himself as a leader due to his youth and easily falls in line behind a herd on the move, although he may try to get his fawn friends to follow him if he wants to play in a different part of the forest. Since he's seen so many stags with masks he has put getting a mask on the top of his wishlist of things he wants when he grows up.
This is a Work In Progress! My character's development is dependent on YOU and ALL the forest's community. This fawn may grow up to be the sweetest little critter to pitter-patter into the forest... or a broken bird who trusts no one. It's all up to the forest to decide.
