Flowers....if only I had seen them...I would have taught them to fear me like they should. Next time I will keen an ear open for approaching hoof beats on the ground, I will show them it is a mistake to cross me. I had hoped the ruined stones would scare some of the weak willed away apparently I was mistaken, I will have to look for another place to rest where I will be undisturbed.
I was so angry, the rage pulsing through me like a poison clouding my judgement as I stalked through the forest many deer and fauns ran from me and so they should. They are not worthy of facing me but one stood his ground, he would regret it later. I warned him, bellowing in open threat telling him to move out of my way but the fool stayed. He did not stay long.
He reared at me after i lowered my antlers intending to push and stab him out of my way so waiting for the correct moment I charged catching him with a terrible blow the second his belly was exposed to me, sending careering over onto his back with a dull thump that sent a cloud of leaves into the air, I was surprised he didn't have holes in his belly.
The fool finally saw some sense once I had clearly overpowered him and cowered before me. Idiot. If he had just moved in the first place I would not have had to show him who was boss. That I, Lucyfer was obviously superior to him.
My stalk lead me past the mushroom ring in which the other deer cavort, turning themselves into animals for fun, it is not natural. It is against the natural order of things! We deer should rule the forest not want to turn in to some of its most useless inhabitants.
