You do it by hopping off the

You do it by hopping off the playground in the right manner xD It's hard to do but once you get it you're hopping through the air.

It's very hard e.e Just tried it.

I don't get how she got up that high though.

Probably ran and jumped off the Twin God's hill. You run and jump until you get where you want then press escape twice :3 To stay there, have Dance or Listen as a hotkey and press those to stand up. Then you'll stay in place.
