I started painting a TEF inspired image today ^_^ This is what I've got thus far... still really just backdrop/base layer status... Also, I've been working in a new program I've never fiddled with before so there's been some learning curve, but it's getting there ^^ I'm excited to put some deer in the scene =)
and trees too..... XD

Actually it was just the

Actually it was just the other day my friend set me up with Paint Tool Sai! That's what I've been experimenting with, and so far there are some really awesome features, brushes, and other tools that have been really great.
I've tried adding a ton of birch trees like, 6 times now and they just keep coming out wrong.... There's like a drag/blur function, but I really with there was like, a dry brush effect or something that could pull the wet "paint" across the page to do some good bark effects.... I'll keep workin' on it ^__^ Thanks for takin' a look!
