My first impression of this 'game' was WTF. What are those glowing symbols, why is everyone belling and how the hack can I change my deer's outfit?
Well, I haven't figured out all those things yet. I do know what that symbol is - my avatar image - and I know that I have to wait (play?) a month to grow up. But how do I change my skin, my horns, my face?
It's a long way to go. I don't even know if it's worth it (I hope so). After I've bought (!!!) The Graveyard and played it (and died) I'm impressed by Tale Of Tales. But a deer screensaver thing? I don't know. Let's see what happens in the next month until I get grown up!
Ich hoffe mal es gibt irgendwo auch Deutsche hier in dem Game, praktisch wär's. Falls es da welche gibt, über Kontakt und evt. eine Einführung in das Spiel bzw. diese Seite, damit ich wenigstens weiss, wie ich etwas erfahren kann, wäre durchaus hilfreich. Well first off, welcome to
-You will grow up exactly a month (30 or so days) from the day you registered your deer.
-You can change your mask, antlers, and pelt by getting other deer to cast spells on you. You cast spells on other deer by eating pine cones (rubbing against certain trees will make them drop pine cones) or mushrooms (which grow on certain trees). Mushrooms change masks and pine cones change antlers. Sitting next to a sleeping deer for a minute will let you change another deer's pelt.
Remember, you can't cast spells on yourself, so you'll need to interact with other deer. Hope that wasn't too confusing! If you've got any other questions, feel free to ask and I (or other players

Now, I've got two more questions, then I'm a happy player:
-Someone has casted a spell on me, I've got a new skin. Why is it disappearing after a while?
-I can't acces the "My account" menu point. It says "Please register.". Do I have to register at the forums or what? I mean - I'm logged in - I can post blog entries, but I can't access my own profile *cry* There are a few other deers who have the same problem, but there seems to be no solution.

-hmm that is a problem...I'm sorry but I actually don't know how to fix that D: perhaps someone else will post who knows. You might also try making a blog and put in the title something like "Please help, registration problem!" or something like that, that might get those peoples attention!
