Hello!
By now you've probably seen Vee's blog entry for the amazing deer tower.
I shall give you glimpses of it's evolution.
I shall let Zacharias give you the story:
"Back when I was a fawn, Virgil tried to teach me how to airsit on the stump. A small, unskilled fawn that I was, I really struggled with it. I have since learned to air-sit, of course. So today, me and dad were talking about my fawn days and the stump. So, he challenged me to try it once more. We made our way to the stump and practiced. Once I got on the stump, dad joined me. He landed partially on top of me but we did not care."
"Lucian soon joined, too. Of course, he decided to join the fun and got up on top."
"After that, other deer spontaniously (much to my back's dismay) joined our tower."
"Before I knew it I was supporting the weight of dad, Lucian, Dag, Sira, Sianna and Jack to name a few. There were more, but I'm afraid I don't know who all of you are."
I don't think even the deer quite knew what they were doing. Why else would be forming a question mark?
By now, several fawns had gathered to play around us. Lucian mentioned (freely quoted, I lost the actual text) that they were probably waiting for their parents to stop being insane.
My sympathies and kudos to the zombie deer who kept trying, and trying, and trying. He gets the "Persistent Performer" award.
Then, little by little.. As all good things, the tower also came to an end. The tired performers started falling asleep one by one, leaving the tower defying gravity.
And, as we all came to realise, our art was probably too much for The Endless Forest. The servers grinded to a halt, leaving our masterpiece (and the poor performers who fell quite a distance to the empty ground below) lying in ruins.
Big thanks to everyone who was involved in this! It started off as a trip down the memory lane for two characters and spontaniously exploded to crazy, joyous madness. I had a great time, and personally would like to thank everyone involved! ^_^

This is still one of my favourite forest moments I've been a part of.
To air sit:
Do what you do when flying (running+hopping). When you're at your desired spot, quickly press the esc key to bring up the menu. Your deer automatically sits in mid-air.
If you want to get up and do actions while standing in mid-air, have a hotkey assigned for dancing and press that. After that, you're stuck in mid-air until you sit down and stand up using the commands in the command bar.
In case you don't know what Hotkeys are;
Hotkeys can be assigned for some actions by hovering your cursor over an action and pressing one of the function keys on your keyboard (F1, F2, F3, etc.). For example, if I were to want to put dancing to F1, then I would put my mouse cursor over the dancing icon and press F1. You can use the keys from F1 to F9.
(F10 pauses the game, so you can't use that one.)
