Events, otherwise known as Abiogenesis are random, but we usually have an event around Halloween. Other than that, whenever the Twin Gods (creators of the game) have the time and resources to put one on. Because of issues with the server, it is likely there will not be any large announced Abiogenesis parties in the near future, at least until the server issues can be fixed.
