I tried using another program for once, and then failed at making it transparent. . . ):

If anyone can make this transparent around the edges, without messing up the image quality, I'd be much obliged, and I'm sure, so would Ephra. <3

I really have never used anything more complicated than paint, and I'm really lost as far as how Open Canvas functions. @-@
So many buttons. . .

I don't know who the fawn is, but he looks very upset, lol. Sticking out tongue

Doe, thank you so so much! It really is a perfect encapsulation of my deer's character. Laughing out loud That pouty fawn is so cuute! Hehe. I love how you used those clean stripey lines for shading, they're kinda stylish but rough and rustic at the same time, if that makes sense. Maybe it's just that the stripes on her legs remind me of blades of grass or something.

I have to say that choosing the next person was quite tortuous for me! Before I change my mind again I'm going to elect Yorres as the next recipient because of his diligent work keeping up with the Lightbringers and for hosting community events. And for just being a nice, humble, level-headed fellow.

As for the rest, there were so many I'd considered, I'll make sure you all get something someday!

I really wrestled with this new program to get it done!
I had almost finished shading Ephra in MSpaint, when my power went out, and killed all of the work I had done. :/
So I figured why not try it in a new program, so I wasn't just repeating what I had done, over again! (:
