Okay you need to be really fast but harass the F5-thing and I'm sure you can grab some of them (:
There are 4 species: Holly-Yulebuck-Snow Angel-Ribbon Dancers and there is a two-per-user limit.
(the Holly is almost impossible to catch though ;_;)

Everyone nabbed any Christmas event egg they could, there were over 400 people wanting their part. xDD
Also, hatchlings were more common in the abandon area. Also, a lot of rare eggs were there (these what usually aren't seen there).
A Spitfire egg overflow was too, and even Nebula eggs were found in the abandoned area! But finally, I gave up, because about 500 people gathered to get their egg. It was a tiresome clicking there. Well, at least one of the Christmas eggs.

Btw my Yulebuck is already breeded but my Snow Angel and Ribbon Dancer will be ready around Wednesday. Tell me if you need an egg, there is the 2-per-user limit but we can keep a 3rd egg 30min after laying. Then the egg is automatically abandoned.
