I've heard of some random programs that -apparently- can do this. But I've never tried it for fear of hidden spyware. Try looking around on the webz0rz for more info. There probably is a way to do it.

I've got an add-on for firefox just called downloadhelper that will do it. You'll need something that plays .flv files though. I use VLC media player for that.
The quality of the files varies.
