Is there anyway to get the deer skull mask before Halloween? Or is the only way to cast on the big zombie deer around Halloween?

I need help, I really want the candle antlers, but they can only be cast on me by someone with 3.13. If you have this version, and want to help, please meet me by the pond, I have default antlers, and the barn owl pelt and mask.

Hello fellow members! I was thinking it's about time I switch around my deer, but I'm /pretty/ sure that all of the items I want on my deer are around halloween, but I'm not sure yet. So just to confirm; the deer of the dead pelt, the zombie deer skull mask, and the candle antlers are all available around halloween, right?
And one more thing, this is very much off-topic, but has it ever snowed in the forest before?

So; My character in the game has the barn owl mask.
And I thought it would be a cool idea if like other masks, the barn owl mask changed your deer's voice... into perhaps a hoot like an owl.
It would be great if the game creators take this into consideration.
I don't have my hopes up, but I thought it would be a nice detail.

So- I understand that on holidays there are occasionally special events that occur in the forest, however, why is there at least not a day/night or weather/clear skies cycle that is just programmed to go even when the game creators are not "playing god"? I was just wondering, because although I love this game very much, it can be a bit irritating when it's all the same sometimes.

anyone want to do a spell exchange until I get the barn owl pelt & mask, and noh antlers? I have a nightfall pelt, default antlers with orange flowers on them, and the golden butterfly mask.
