Hey all. Just wanted to try out picarto for a bit and so will be figuring out this stream thing if anyone wants to join. Here's a little preview of what I'm working on right now:

Been spending the past few days dwelling in the forest and have had many a delightful encounter in that time. To all of you I have met, thank you for spending time with me.

For the past day or so I have slept in a delightful clearing next to the pond, well within reach of any mask or antler spells I should need. To my mild embarrassment, I consumed a rather large number of mushrooms before succumbing to sleep. I awoke early in the morning to the sound of a great hulabaloo all around me. Prancing fawns, trumpeting adults, all having a spell-casting party and creating quite a stir...clearly, they had also found the mushrooms. Luckily I am a heavy sleeper and was able to resume my rest without too much interruption, much like the fellow I found myself sleeping next to.



When I again woke, I found my slumbering friend was really a rather large rabbit. Or was the rabbit really a rather average sized deer? This was a mystery too deep to fathom in my current state, so I again retired.



I later awoke to a much quieter scene and found myself dozing by a fellow forest-dweller who beared an uncanny resemblance to myself.



I found this quite pleasant and agreeable and so settled back down for another snooze with my new nap buddy....only to be disturbed from my recovering rest again to have an out of body experience. Quite unsettling, this!

I think I'll stay asleep this time until the effects of my experimenting last night have worn off....

Greetings, all. It's me, Bastion.

I know its been a long, long while, but I decided to venture back into the forest today. I forgot how a lot of things worked, but luckily a lot of friendly deer helped me remember. Found a bunch of deer running amok on the playground, so I joined in.


I spent a while watching a brown and a couple of dark blue deer leap about and perform acrobatic miracles...they kept popping into the air and staying there!


I tried my best to figure out how it was done, but failed miserably. I don't know who they were, but they were quite fun to play with. In my head I called them "The Glitch Twins."



I also caught a glimps of my dear friend Snowblink in the forest! Lovely little gal that she is, it was good to see her still flitting about the woods.


All told, I am glad to find myself among friends again.

I returned to the forest today after a long time of wandering elsewhere only to find I had forgotten how to do even the most basic manuevers....a kind deer showed me the ropes for a while and then I had to unexpectedly leave without being able to show thanks. I can't even recall the pictogram, I only know that we swapped masks and antlers for a good while and had a number of laughs. So thank you, mystery deer. Wish I had remembered how to do screenshots before my sudden departure so I could post your kind visage.

My stag day was about a week ago, but due to time constraints Kasei had to put off celebrating--so these last few days I've been out frolicking about and playing with spells and combos to see what I like. Here are some pictures of what I did to celebrate:
