[This is actually a musk deer. Saw this in a BBC-series "planet earth" today. Not sure if that really is its name in the english form of the series & the DVDs, but at least if you translate it from german directly it means that.]

There are also deer with those same tusks named "Chinese water deer".
They do not have antlers, but they have fangs.

I've got the DVDs of it from my birthday, and I watched it yesterday and when they showed those deer I were all like "YAYOMG". |D And nope, they said it's a musk deer.
