Sorry for the tiny size. I can't work out how to get no background >|

Anyway, how can I improve? I tried to do the movement of the head, tail and back but it kinda failed =| I think I need to make some of the frames faster..

Did you know that you can

Did you know that you can make gifs with photoshop too? You just draw all the frames on different layers, then you save the file as a gif and select 'save as animation' or something like, that, and a menu comes up where you can choose how fast it goes, etc
