Working on a new design for Eventide.
'Collar' with the black fur. Black lines on back legs. Butt-stripes.
Hm maybe this is not the final version, still undecided but probably very close to what I want for him.
For those who wants to compare the 'first' version, here: x.
/forget my mistake with the antlers, two-peaks are in the middle not at the end.

Have you ever thought of doing "smile-lines" on his maw? Like what you see on a white tailed deer... those two black lines on the lower jaw?

This is really cool. It's as if the black areas are spreading and growing as Even ages (minus the stripes he had on his legs before). I remember seeing a black jaw in your concepts, that met the black on his neck, I think? That was cool as well.~

Moonsoverwater: yeah, I tested few mouth markings on my first sketches (almost two years ago :'D) but I didn't really like the result. Hum, I tried again on this one but no, I prefer to keep his face white except the nose (: Thanks!

Jala: haha yes xD It could be funny, maybe in 10 years he'll be entirely black B|... About the jaw, yes, same as the mouth markings, I tested before on my old ones and again on this drawing but I dunno, it looks good sometimes and in another view it looks really weird D;
