Hancher is a fairly new character of mine, so I'm just getting used to him. (the biography was posted a while ago, but I left TEF for a while, but now i'm back 8D) I'm open for suggestions on how you guys go about developing a character, but for now they'll just be a bunch of doodles/writing/information/randoms here.
