*cry* help sorry for being trouble

i reposted this pic because i didn't have anything else...i know this is not the place to post something like this but i need help! i can't see anyone on the game..the pictos do not separate at the bottom. this started last night and the only way i got it to work was to log of and log back on..but i do not want to do that b/c i will lose my set yet again. is anyone else having this problem?
well i guess Night Shade will have to go away.. ;-; if i reenstale the game will i loose her and have to start over as a fawn?? thanks you saosin for the advice it worked like you said but did not fix the problem

No. Reinstalling does not

No. Reinstalling does not delete your account. You'd just have to get her set again. :3
The pictos not spreading is a glitch that happens sometimes. How long do you normally wait for them to spread?
Otherwise, no clue. D:

Then yes, something's very, very wrong. Definitely try reinstalling the game; maybe a file just got corrupted or something.
You could take a copy of the folder where you saved her set, though. Just put it on your desktop and paste it back in when you reinstall the game. :3

I've had this glitch happen

I've had this glitch happen to me MANY times (And recently tonight) After several times of restarting the game and disconnecting and reconnecting I finally unglitched on Toxic... but it's very annoying. I might follow suit and reinstall >.O

Hrm, sometimes it could be

Hrm, sometimes it could be the fact that the game is running a bit slow on your computer. I wouldn't try installing it again, just keep working with Disconnecting and Reconnecting and see if it catches. It worked for me in that sense and I am online now without any trouble.

I don't know if it'll work for you or not. But it's better than trying to keep re-installing it @@

I've found that every now

I've found that every now and then the game will be really fussy and won't want the pictos to spread.
Usually if I leave the game alone for a day or two, it's fine.
