A little concept doodle I did during class today.

He is a sage, tremendously wise, but he looks so young. His age suits his wisdom, for he is an eternal and ageless character, thousands of years old. He also is a scholar, so he is always buried in his books, or scriptures.

He has many magic abilities, namely telekinesis and a form of clairvoyance. Using his telekinesis to levitate his books, to read them, and his feather pen and scrolls to write his knowledge on them. He is a strong, formidable opponent, but he is passive. Won't fight unless it is needed. When he does fight, he uses his scriptures and his words, essentially writing out his attacks, and using the scrolls to subdue his opponents. His clairvoyance comes in handy, as he can see what the opponent will do next, it is written upon the scroll he is using to battle, and then he in turn writes what he will do to counter. (Or something along those lines. . .)

His antlers will curve and curve, up around the sides of his face, and down around his ears. When it reaches its origin point again, they fall off within the next few weeks. And then it begins again. Sometimes it will cut him on the cheeks.

But Anyway, I don't know his name, don't know what color his body and antlers will be, none of that.





Concept for The Demon.

He is a malevolent force who navigates through reflections and the mind. He is more or less trapped in the netherworld, till one's reflection is seen. When the deer approaches the pool of water for instance, he approaches too, replacing the victim's reflection with himself. He will then target this deer, able now to manifest within the overworld. When he does manifest, he will haunt his target, tormenting them, breaking them down. He feeds off their fear, their waning sanity, and their flesh when they do break. Every reflection they see, every howl in the night, every figure in the corners of their eyes, and eventually their loved ones and every inhabitant, will be him. And he will feed.

He looks like a giant stag, with a skull face, big pointy teeth, and glowing orange eyes. His body is black, all a solid black, and his edges are flickering like that wispy black smoke (or whatever it is). He moves just like a normal deer, and he moves trough teleportation. When he teleports, he vanishes, sorta fades out, in the blink of an eye, leaving that wispy black stuff, to disappear behind him.

When he is manifested, he can meet with other deer, and torment them, but normally he is solely focused on the one who looks within the water. And if there are multiple deer at the water, he will either just make their reflections into something haunting, and feed off that, or he will target one of them, and of course go after them. He will not take on more than one victim at a time.
