New concept for another character, who I am naming Starla.



All the light violet is feathers, and the black mess around her neck is her hair, it is long, thick curly black hair.

Her face is white, and her eyes are a vibrant shade of amethyst, kind of illuminated.

And then that gold is a head piece which the feathers are attached to. It is decorated with ornate patterns, and wings. I haven't gotten that far yet.
