As I have mentioned a few times, I have planned a TEF webcomic.
Now here's the dialemma.
Do I do it with the Tablet on the PC, and produce the best quality work I can, yet will only update... say once a month, probably less? Or do I do it by hand, through the scanner (photoshopping some effects), producing something of considerably less quality, yet regular and often?
It goes round and round in my head....

tablet and PC work best for me but some find that traditional methods work best for them. So it's just trial and error until you find something that suits you C:

If it were to be a comic with more serious tones or one with an ongoing story then I think the higher quality comics woud be the way to go.
If it were to be more along the lines of comedy or just strips then I think by hand would be the better choice. But that's just my opinion ^^

I say pick which ever is
If trying to make a few comics ever couple of weeks is going to get too hard or too stressful, then don't use the scanner.
If trying to make a great quality comic once a month is going to be too stressful (because you'll be worrying about how good it looks and may get too frustrated if something doesn't turn out right), then just use the scanner so you aren't pressuring yourself into making something perfect.
One thing you can do is make a couple issues and then release it on the site so that way you're already set for awhile and aren't freaking out if you become too busy one week and don't have time to draw another one. (Like say you were going to release a comic every Wednesday, draw up four weeks worth of comics before sharing the first issue with us. That way you're drawing a few weeks ahead of what we're reading to give you some leeway time just in case you can't draw one one week.)
