For his antlers, might I recommend the horn-type, similar to the design used for the Charr for Guild Wars 2?

The Very first one on the second line!

Since he looks steampunky, this was what I thought of first ^^

But maybe instead of horns like that, maybe there's cogs dangling or something.

But I have to say, I love this character!
