Hey! Decided I'd combine some stuff about me in my art dump blog because honestly where else am I going to put it at this point lol

I like to go by Cato (kay-toh) online, and I'm pretty easy-going and laid back for the most part and very friendly. I am pretty introverted and anxious as a person, so I take some time to warm up to people sometimes (especially one-on-one). So if you add me on discord, I do make an effort but because of my nervous nature you might be taking the lead on convos because I'm perpetually scared of bugging people haha. I'm never ignoring you, I'm just trying really hard to decide what's ok to say and when it's ok to talk |D Once I'm comfortable however I really open up, I'm friendly and like to pretend I'm funny and spontaneous.

Arts and crafts are my thing, I'm a Freelance Designer with a degree in Game Art and Design and my goal is to create my own stories in graphic novel form. Pretty obvious by my choice of education I'm a raging nerd and if you get me talking about games or certain comics and books or art and storytelling I will not shut up. This art blog may even see some of my other characters pop up from time to time just because I have SO much content that I make for my stories and I'm sometimes overly eager to share.

Please, absolutely feel free to add me on discord or tumblr or wherever I have listed and talk to me whenever and about whatever. If you need someone to vent too you won't find a better sounding board lol

I'm also really REALLY trying to get into rp'ing more so Atiq isn't a lonely sadsack anymore so if you ever want to start something with him by all means, hit us up <3

Also! If you add me on discord, could I trouble you to tell me who you are here on TEF? I'm super terrible at names and I don't want to mix anybody up haha <3

This is a test for what I want to do with some art on Atiq's bio. I always saw his picto as either an antler or a tree with a broken branch,<br />
 and I like painting trees more so haha, tree it is!

I lied about no more old art but I JUST FOUND THIS in a folder and I still kinda like it? I did this for someone I was roleplaying with a looooong time ago, their deer's name was Nik, I'm sorry I forgot who the player was ;; But I till like the pose and composition of this and wanted to share~

Another oldish thing that you might recognize from a few months ago. I really like the pose from the painting and isolated it and fixed some of his anatomy and planned on using it for his new bio, but I came up with another idea instead. So up on the miscellaneous art feed it goes~ \o/

One day I'll post something that's not a late night sketch and finish something, but not today lol. I made a new brush tonight and was testing it out, so it's very rough but I'm pretty sure I'm going to continue with this one later~

I just had like, a buttload of ideas for environments and paintings that popped into my head, and this is how I doodle them out so I don't lose them. Just rough colors and compositions, when/if I go to polish these pieces I'll refine them better. A few are definitely Atiq plot-related so they'll get done, maybe soonish maybe not (I'm slower at art than I used to be XD)

 I actually did this a month or so ago but picked it back up tonight to polish it up and fix some things. I was doin some coloring practice with dear ol' Lier. I kinda lost some of the character of the sketch that I liked but I'm not going to bother anymore it's like 5 am XD

Put some flat colors on him. I also changed his tatt again, I kinda like the more subtle, faded blue rather than the gold. What do you think?

Kind of vent art. It's from a sketch (that I honestly liked better) from yesterday when I was feeling pretty awful. I mean, I still do feel pretty awful and it's because of a problem that I've had for a long while that keeps popping up but I can't focus enough to explain myself. Tonight was party night and to put it bluntly, I'm not very lucid. So it also explains why this is still not done, because I couldn't focus enough to be an efficient artist |D I'll draw more deer at some point I swear lol.
