As the first bodies fall, the Carrion Bird opens his mouth and lets out a scream like metal scraping over rock. He does not stop this until every body on the field below is motionless and dead, and then he proceeds to fly away.

I write about Mr.Sanguine being a bird a lot, it's one of his favorite forms.
Finally got around to drawing him in that form.
