candles in the forest?

are there any candles in the forest that you can pick up because there is always candles by the playground around halloween and just now i saw a deer eat something on the playground stone and get candles on the antlers but i cant see any candles?

now i see many more deers

now i see many more deers pick up candles from there and one of them was kind enough to let me get some candles but i cant see them and the action button doesn't come up =S
