But if they are candles, how can I obtain them??

Yes, they are candles;

Yes, they are candles; sometimes they appear before the game loads fully, but you won't be able to pick them up.

During certain times when they are around in game (usually around a holiday), you'll be able to pick them up like flowers Smiling
