I got on the game last night (or should I say, really early this morning >.>"), and noticed these candles. This was when the forum and the game were down, so I'm betting it's a glitch.
It's funny you should mention that, because I was playing offline last night when the server was down as well and noticed them, too. I figured it was a glitch, but I guess it's normal. I loved the candles in the Playground; it looked lovely!
