Go to the biggest rock in the

Go to the biggest rock in the playground. Walk around, until you get the symbol for picking up flowers in your action bar. Click it, and you'll pick candles. n_n

Since it's Halloween, go to

Since it's Halloween, go to the Playground (boulders and rocks) and there should be some candles that you can "pick up" with the same icon as you gather flowers :3
