You see this tiny fawn?
He wants to share his candlers with you.
So if you see him in the forest and want his candlers, then paw at the ground and nod.
He'll probably give them over.

I know for sure that's nine. Smiling Finata was running over to pose by "Ghost Daddy Furfur" before his spells wore off, but he poofed out of the forest before he got there like usual. So he sat by Nine/mysterious big skull deer instead.
