To get the skull mask, cast a mask spell on the Big Zombie Deer when he comes around c:
Candle antlers can be picked up at the playground during Halloween or cast on you by someone who still has the spell.
There is no permanent devout pelt, but it's a tricky task to get it to stick for the time you're in forest.
That option will be removed soon in the new version of TEF. It's in beta mode right now, but M&A should be releasing it soon.
