You should be able to find your screenshots in the screenshots folder located where you installed The Endless Forest.
Usually it's here "C:\Program Files\Tale of Tales\The Endless Forest 3\screenshots"
To post them, upload them to an image-hosting site like PhotoBucket or ImageShack (both are free), copy the link to the picture, and paste it between the [img][/img] tags, and it should show up on this site.
