He's been in game several times already. The Giant Zombie Deer is...well, a larger than average deer wearing the complete Zombie set. He does have a pictogram, but I can't remember the account name at the moment...Velocity I think?

Where and when the GZD is in

Where and when the GZD is in the game, is random. There are several blogs that say when he is online, keep an eye out for them in the recent posts section. When you see one of them saying the GZD is online, go in game. He will be surrounded by thick smoke and many deer.
