Okay, so Manticore has been in and out of the forest this past week because of its human's AP exams. Its human plans to write a bio for him soon and being still a bit of a newb, it has has a few questions:

What are the fawns without pictograms? I've seen quite a few and I don't know if they're new or not. Is it a glitch?

I'm having a hard time grasping this speechless communication mojo. Bow to say hello and goodbye right? That is, I bow once to say hello and frolic with other deer and after a while I bow again and run off to elsewhere. I don't know if that's the most polite way to say it but I hope wiser deer can teach me the right way to do things.

Meeting a band of deer is really awkward for me. I bow and stand around but I'm not too sure how to interact any further. I've cast spells on deer and received mixed results. I apologize if I caused anybody any trouble.

I also turned a fawn into a squirrel. they seemed to be even more of newbie than me and didn't know how to sneeze it off. I'm really sorry fellow fawn! I ran off to get a spell and tried to change you back but it didn't work. D: I'm very sorry!

Everyone seems to have such nice exchanges but I've got a lot of practicing to do before I become a socialite in the Forest. Thanks in advance for any advice you give ! (:

Pega: Because I'm posting for both last night, and earlier today, and Scape and Magnet switched a few times, I'll be doing the talking to cut out transitions between the two.
Plus it's less of a headache for me.

Ok! Starting with last night.

Scape got some closeups of Bellie (I think thas her name?) - aka Draak's picto clone - when she was air-standing (and sneezing off spells XD; ).

Magnet journeyed into the Forest a little later. He could hear Walter calling out over and over again. He found him at the Sunbeam, calling out in sadness. =( So Magnet stood with him.

He seemed to be back to himself after awhile, though. =]

Now onto today...

A closeup Magnet took while following Seed to a sleeping deer to help with Seed's pelt (don't know who this deer is; hard to see the picto and I don't remember what it looked like ^^; sorry):

And after getting Seed's mask, they ran. And wound up at the Playground, only stopping to greet Sqish. =]
Seed left after some more running around, but then a devout pelt spamming got started. O.o
Magnet tried getting a closeup of Liëka, who was sitting on the big rock, only...

I saw a strange thing - a deer with the same sign as me! I couldn't understand,... Whas it real, or not?

Today I took my first closeups of other deer. ^_^

Yesterday and today Endless was refusing to network me properly... It logs me in but does not load the other deer. And apparently I tried too many times, because on top of that, my SET dissappeared... If I ever get it to work again, I'll have to go through all that spelling again v_v I don't think I will be able to, though. Today I got to see a small portion of the other deer, but a lot of their movements weren't loading or their pelts and etc, so most of them were brown regular deer. Plus, about half of them had my pictogram. Screwed up. Anyways I have to reformat this comp, I can't afford this slowness. I want to see all of you guys : ) So a long way to whine around it, but I may not be on for a bit, and if I am I will look monotonously brown. xP

Endless forest has changed alot. I'm looking at the map and
Its crazy! So many deer! Has it always been that many?

So...yesterday was a typical glitch day for Anzel. She wandered around TEF, and eventually some deer showed up.

Nonmoving, like always. (note: it's an unknown glitch that affects some people, it appeared in TEF 3, as michael told me)

Except for one, who decided to leap into the air.

Then, McAfee, the STUPID anti-virus thing our computer has, decided to do a random scan in the middle of the game. When I closed the stupid thing and got TEF back up...GLITCHTOGRAMS!

Plus, Lord Deer. Yes, there was a glitchtogram (they remind me of missingno. and such on pokemon games) that looked like a deer. It belonged to the same deer that I met up with the other day that had -my- pictogram XD;



To the owner of the dark brown deer: You may keep that close-up if you want, just don't mind the glitchtogram XD;

Too bad for Anzel, she didn't get a glitchtogram :/

I love this place, but no one else seems to. At least I/Dimitri and the little fawn sat down there for a minute or two and relaxed.

Description: i'm a yearling and slightly skittish. i'm attracted to big herds of deer, though they're so frantic sometimes that i can't contend so i'll stand a bit away and watch. i wish i was as clever as some of the other deer & am fascinated by their antics, particularly when they get really odd like brechtian performance art pieces, but then i'd also rather act more naturally like a deer meandering through the woods. but i do like to cast spells, particularly shape shifting ones, as i hope to make everyone into a mini-deer, and i will spend a long time working towards this on certain days though it is rather fruitless. when i was a fawn someone came along and changed me into a bat and then laughed and ran away; it was the most confusing thing ever -- i couldn't understand what'd happened, but now i see the humour. truly i love to run and the most thrilling, blissful thing is to come upon a lone deer and start running and leaping together through the forest, weaving in and out of trees and sliding down hills. i especially love the fox grass, since i'm small and vanish beneath it, and the sound the trees make when you hit them at full speed; it's a sharp, piercing sound like hooves striking rock.
