I'm really just trying to put off exam studying right now, but I'm pretty curious as well. xD

So, what kinds of things do you collect as a hobby? I like the idea of dedicating so much time, usually years, to result in a wide array of one specific item or theme. Over the years, I've found a few things worth collecting, and I'm sure some of you have as well. So I wanna hear about it!

As for me, I've collected/am collecting:

Beanie Babies - about 163 I think. I've stopped pursuing them now, because the new ones are so different.
Zebra paraphernalia - In all, about 25 zebraish items. I lubs me some zeeebras. C:
Flattened souvenir pennies - 52
Precious rocks/minerals/fossils/shells - About 60 of these kinds of things. Amethysts, agate, jade, hematite, assorted shells, corals, insects and scorpions in resin, shark teeth and jaws, and fossils.
Foreign/rare currency - I have an Egyptian note, a $2 bill, a super old 5¢ military payment certificate note and miscellaneous coins from various countries.
Candy bar wrappers - 86
Chopstick wrappers - about 13-15
Postcards - 22. This is a new one, I've suddenly become obsessed with postcards. xD
Ticket stubs - 38. Mostly from movies I've seen (and liked) since 2004, but also events/concerts/broadway/etc.

So, what about you guys?

Okay, first, look at the picto for this account. WIN. But anyway, keep an eye out for "Uio" (You-eeoh) / (Ooo-eeoh) in the forest. He or she will be a character of mine soon. I don't think Uio will be associated with my other 5 deer, but I don't know yet. Uio shares my birthday CUZ TODAY IS MAH BIRFDAY But, on a light note-ish thing, Uio currently has no gender/personality/set/anything. Uio is a fawn. Look out for Uio, because Uio is flawed.

Note: Uio is a re-make of a non-community website fawn of mine. The fawn (Kitty) was made in memory of my cat. Kitty may still be seen in the forest, I'm unsure if I'll use her. (Username is RowanCat). Uio is an attempt at a remake, and the reason it is flawed is because Kitty was flawed. I'm still undecided on the flaw. The flaw comes from the fact the my cat who died had Leukimia(sp?) and died from it. Thus, Kitty had had the flaw. Uio will now have it. Kitty can't really be flawed since she's a non-community site permy-fawn. ANYWAY. I may use this account for Uio, because I'm unsure if he/she will be related to my 5 deer whatsoever.

Suggestions on gender? (I want to try to keep gender-ratio even.)

Skokey looked out the window of his brand new house, watching the snow fall. It looked like big white cottonballs were falling from the sky, it was so fluffy. It was perfect for snow men and snowball fights. He smiled as he watched his two little children flail about in the white fluffiness, smiling even wider when seeing his wife join her. Unfortunately, for his health, he couldn't come out. Yet again, Skokey had cuaught a nasty little bug, and he had to stay away from the twins and the outside as much as possible. He hated not seeing his kids...

Fulu sat in her big soft chair, reading a book under a dim lamp. Her house wasn't too shabby, but it badly needed vaccuuming. She glanced at the clock, still noticing it was sometime after noon. She wondered where that man was. She then looked down at her growing belly, smiling sweetly, and patting it. She looked out the window, noticing the big flakes piling up in the small yard below. She smiled, "Wish you could see this... But I guess you'll have to wait for next year..."

Tropa sat on her stomach infront of the big window in the living room, a sketchbook below her and a pencil in one hand. She chewed on the eraser, desperately thinking of what to draw. She decided on a landscape upon noticing the snow. She noticed Clock sitting out on the porch, knees clutched to his chest, his arms wrapped around them. His expression remained unchanged as he stared at the snow before him. His mental illness worried Tropa, but she knew he would be fine once the sun returned. Although, the sun didn't come out that much in winter.

okay yeah so :>

im writing a story right now... i dunno if you're reading it at all, its called "Dr. Clock" XD ANYWAY, if youre not reading it, it involves all my deer and their mates (or... possible mates *pokes Dannii*)

but i started writing this before Serpentine came along so.... im wondering if you would like him to come in after a while, and join the party!

i just dont wanna seem like im favoring. i know Serp and Tropa arent official mates yet, but it doesnt seem fair that Clock can bring Danielle and Tropa cant bring Serp XD so, if you say yes, i have it all planned out so he can come in later on!

Scape thought it felt like the old days yesterday. And I agree, cuz it's been awhile since I've taken so many screenshots at once. 25 in half an hour. But that was so much fun with Taiko, Raffles, and Tropa. =] I put the screenshots in an album cuz of the amount, so check them out.

Eye Colour: Brown
Build: Interperet his size as you will. He's very barrel-chested, with slender legs. Antlers are huge and branching, having a few broken tines.
Face: Square jaw, crooked nose - he's not what you would call attractive, but he's got a very gentle look.
Voice: Christopher Lee, thank you very much.
Scars: A few on his neck, from Pan.
Personality (quite clipped): kind, intelligent, caring, wise
History: Born and raised in the Forest. Spent his life learning about the world he came into. Had a mate at one point, but she died, and he's been living in peace ever since.
Family: Tuna & Pan = adopted daughters; he's had various adopted family in the past, all mine.

Other:
-Is sloooowly losing his eyesight. D| His hearing too.
-Is very good with kids, but never wanted any biological ones. :U idk why.
-Likes birdsong a lot. n_n
-Doesn't usually get in the shallow end of the Lake at all, on account of his aching joints. YEAH HE DOESN'T GET IN THE DEEP END EITHER SMARTIES.
-In accordance with the above - damp weather makes him sore, and he doesn't usually go out in the rain.
-Being old, he can't move very fast, and tends to run in short bursts rather than long stretches.
-Usually, he doesn't mind being alone.
-He hardly ever appears in the Forest during rainstorms.
-He hardly ever takes off his mask, but underneath, he's got kind of a square-shaped face, and his eyes are brown.
-Enjoys long walks, alone or with company, but will lay down often just to observe.
-He's become more of a loner lately - he's sociable enough, but he doesn't go out seeking company.


Pan

Height: 6'1"
Weight: 100 lbs - emaciatingly thin, although it seems to have little influence over her life. Eating habits are a mystery.

Hey my deer :}
I downloaded old TEF phases 1 & 2 today (yay! it's very fun to use these ooooold ways of the Forest!). So don't wonder if you see a grey deer with broken antlers and my picto and a diaphanous deer with it 8D
But, I have a question.
Most of all why I downloaded phase 2 is because I want to get the full DotD-Set anyhow. I gave spells to my sister Raina there, but she only got normal things. So... how does it work? Only to the time of Halloween?
And the crying mask? How do you get that?
Oh please... I'll be so happy if you tell me...
