A chill ran through the air a doe ran through the dark forest and came to a sudden halt, her ears pricked up as she thought she heard the piercing sound of a wolf's howl. She looked around and sniffed the air. The cool, damp pine scent of the forest filled her nostrils. She thought she smelled a familiar deer but was mistaken and she continued to press onward through the thick fog, she couldnt see too much in the whispy white and relied on her sense of smell to guide her through, though still seemed to manage to lose her way from time to time and ended up walking in circles. She swore she passed the Twin Gods statues already, their homely glow eminating from the hill where they stood. Cirrus gave a snort of frustration and cursed the fog and darkness, she didnt know how Corvus could feel at home in it.

Cirrus continued to trot forward, noticing the change in grass of the Birch forest. Delving deeper into the grass and thin trees she began to worry, everything was looking the same to her and she began to panic as the high pitched squeak of a group of bats flew overhead causing her to duck down, startled. Then there was nothing but silence, her ears twitched trying to pick up sounds.

She sat down, she knew if she stayed in one spot she wouldnt get any more lost then what she was. She wasnt sure how much time had passed in the empty silence. Suddenly the eerie silence was broken by a light crack and the slow thud of anothers footsteps. Her head flung around to the direction of the sound, it was oddly dulled in the fog which seemed to absorb some of the sound. She cried out, the sharp roar of the skull mask tore through the wintry air. There was no reply until a figure emerged, almost inhuman like from the fog. They began to take shape, large curved keyshaped antlers were the first to be recogniseable followed by a bright white underbelly.

I failed. I shouldn't write a blog entry right now, I really should write that german presentation about Goethe and Schiller. Well, actually I'm done, it's just the Power Point missing, but I really should do that, because I've got only two hours left, then, I'm going to see Eagles of Deathmetal at Zurich *happy*.

endlessforest.org failed. I -think- I've done everything right. I named my deer. That should be right huh? But I can't acces the 'My account' menu item. It says 'Please register.'. I AM registred. And logged in! I searched the Support Forum and it seems that some other people have the same issue. Someone knows how to solve this problem?

So that all done with now :3 I think I learned some things about organizing events.

i haven't been here in awhile but every time i do... i realize that somehow the community feels like a forest. lots of creativity scattering the ground like leaves ^_^ okay silly analogy! but i do appreciate seening and reading so many stories!

<sub>This was the very first time I had seen a fog. And least from what I remember. I wasn't frightened, nor did I feel the same chill my brother may feal. But instead I felt comfort. But however, I suppose being with my brother has even turned me, the most happy of souls into a slow, downtrodden doe. And for reasons I am unsure of? I don't think it's a stag that is missing in my life, and I do not think it is only the ups and downs of my brother.

I think it's pitty. I don't know for who, or what. Maybe it's myself, or maybe it's someone else but in a way I do feel sorry for someone. My once strong apathy to sorrow I suppose for once in a sort time turned on me? In a way I know in my gut I shouldnt't feal sorry, but I do. And I also feel bad about it in strang ways? I can't actually write it, or say it to anyone, and I definatlly don't know what you would call it. It's like a bottum less hole almost, and it's strange.

...But, any way. To me the fog isn't as spooky as it turns out to be. I've seen scary things than wolves and such. It's better to live in fog than in darkness ....

I remember two deer running in the backround of the fog...one I had seen before, the
other simi familiar. Just a little signature part of my day, no?

What happened to the forest today? It was all dark and spooky. And the music to dance changed. What happened?

Bandwagoning I guess

Zerg:

Orca Set - Her tribute to her Koi friends. The pelt is genetic. She claims the orca mask makes understanding the fish when they talk underwater even easier. Her orca antlers are genetic.

Dotd pelt - Kind of symbolic. I consider her to be reborn to the forest after a life which ended elsewhere. Plus it's such an awesome pelt... She'll only wear this during certain weather conditions now, since she doesn't like to scare others.
Long Mask - It was the first mask she was ever pelted with as a fawn. She immediatly loved it and decided it was going to be part of her adult set.
Magpie feathers - Genetics (mothers side?). These only show up sometimes, but typically grow out of her orca horns (which I kind of consider to be like velveted horns on her) during weather conditions.

Mar Sart:

Silver Pelt - Genetic. (presumably, one parent was a perma-devout, the other perma-black pelt. mix that and you've got gray, or Zerg's case, black and white spotted)
Kirin antlers - Genetic. (father's side?)
Orca Mask - Kind of a tribute to being friends with the Koi, and he wears it because his sister does as well. Since the two look otherwise pretty different set-wise, this shows their relation.

DotD pelt - Same reason as Zergs. Symbolic of being reborn.
Hair Mask - No real reason for this... it just kind of looks decent with the DotD pelt and kirin antlers.

Tiralarc:

Real Deer Antlers - Genetic
Secretary Pelt - He kind of goes for the 'soldier' look, and that pelt just fits the bill best.
Real Deer Mask - Kind of a preferance to the longer face.

Driftwood:

Real Deer Mask - Covering up the flat face. His real deer mask is made of red wood, and a twig sticks out of the masks mouth, in tribute to the cowboy mentality.
Real Deer Pelt - He seems to prefer seeming more realistic. Genetic.
