Did this off and on for a few months.. It was initially inspired by a run in TEF back in November. I remember feeling lonely. It turned into a strange picture about the immersing life and mechanical extensions into this beautiful forest you see here and often visit everyday. Sometimes you feel like you're talking to a real person, and sometimes you make the mistake of talking to a deer whose controller has left the computer for awhile. I think these parts sort of make a sin wave of happiness and loneliness in the Endless Forest.

Questions, crits, comments welcome : ) I don't visit often, but I hope to see you soon : )

Only some of the image having

Only some of the image having outlines makes this appealing somehow. It's like they help my eyes travel around the image.
They kind of get your point across too, of real and fake (if that's what you were going for?).

And Pegasicorn, I think you put that pretty well : ) Tef is a bit of a struggle between real and not real, but to us it's almost peripheral.. : > Our imaginations can make up that difference.

I'm glad that it has that affect on you Misako, it makes me feel accomplished : ) The fun part for me is interloping with you all in the forest and being able to show you impressions of it here ^^

The face might be off a little and the head a little too big BUT
it´s still very interesting. And the colors match too. The deer fits in the
background. I really like the fur and the eye. Well done!
