I thought I was going to have Neath here, creeping on almost-drowning Isiel, but that turned into a much more boring picture (here) so it turned to just a nice underwatery scene instead.

ugh, both of those pond

ugh, both of those pond versions are absolutely gorgeous. always wondered what the pond would look like at that angle. really neat. the deer skeleton and the koi are nice touches.

and - of course - you know I lovelovelove that design you did for me. ♥

Both versions are very very lovely. Both have a certain feel to them thats sticking to me. Also the design is very nice, I like the idea.

So the landscape is awesome.

It's kind of full of life, even if there are missing acters.

In addition, mild dark color, a piece of bone, and above the beautiful lighting and fish... it looks like for life-death, and for death-life.

Was it deliberate, or is it so amazing coincidence? <3

I think I agree with you, though. The 'Neath one is great, but I think the scene holds so much it ends up making an amazing image in and of itself.

Rikkachan: Thanks! I find that I like the colours in the calm one better. Sometimes it feels like I draw so much deer I forget how to draw other things, nice to have some change of scenery at times.

A little bit deliberate actually. Was thinking of trying to show how it's Neath's home without him being in the picture, and also trying to show how it's nice and beautiful at the same time.

Hum: Thank you! Yeah, I felt it could live without any action going on, it is pretty busy anyway.
