I come to rest in this beautiful forest we all share. I'm here to leave behind the cares of the mundane human world. I will rejoice in the delights of this places and with all other spirits who interact with me. You will know me and Ayala because here, I am free as I rejoice in the simple joys of this place called The Endless Forest.
I will impart a gift only if you bow in return. I will not spoil your mask nor pelt aspects without invitation. Show me your deer spirit's personality and soul. And I will do the same.
This... is me.
Ayala, the Dream Walker
My deer is female, named Ayala. She will be white when fully grown by June 10th, (most of the time) to match her soft soul. She's the kind of deer that will dance spontaneously at butterfly mobs over flowers and play hide and seek with the elders by making tree trunks glow when they don't know they're being following. She loves the water and holding her breath there underneath to see if anyone notices her frog creeping closer to impart a surprise jump and bow greeting before she disappears again as a frog in the deeps.
She will bow and then dance a short bit as an invitation that a gift spell is about to be imparted to the one she's greeting. Napping in sunny spots and hiding in between the demigod white idols is a favorite activity of hers while others come visit the statuary to don their monk pelts.
She is fearful of the skull faces but absolutely adores the Zombie Deer with the candled antlers. She'll tease him relentlessly before laughing her tail off once he finally sighs and does a little foot stomp. She seeks out fawns and tries to encourage them to form snuggle huddles by the piles with some of the meditating elders when their attentions are turned.
Ayala's turning out to be a jokester who loves the spirit of play in my unplanned imagination.
She is deaf to violence because she doesn't understand it. It is invisible to her when it's near.
Here's a back story for Ayala that I'll type without thinking, straight from my subconscious, because doing that's kind of fun.
Ayala was a twin fawn at birth, born in a circle of mushrooms by the old pine tree surrounding by purple hyacinth blossoms. Her brother, sadly, was still born and Ayala mourns him still by his tomb in the graveyard. She sometimes sleeps by his stone when she is sad or sick for comfort. Her mother took the time to say goodbye to her and him in her old age and so Ayala wasn't unhappy about the losses for long. The one mystery that Ayala instinctively wants answered is... Who is her father?
This lore below, that Ayala's truly wild, unnamed mother taught her, was learned from the rabbits at Efrafa in Watership Down on a day when she rescued one of them, from a snare.
"All the world will be your enemy, princess with the thousand enemies. And whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first, they must catch you.. *wink*. Digger... Listener.. Runner... Princess with the swift hooves. Be cunning, and your people will never be destroyed..."
She's still waiting to see the rainbows by the shapeshifting fountain that she's been told about with bated breath. Peace and love go softly where ever you tread along your path. Embrace it.

I am newly born to the beauty of this world I find all around me.
"Every day, for the rest of your life, you will either see, or hear, a bird. Know this and you'll never be alone."
I believe I might have seen

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"
Hello Graveyard.. I just
I just suffer lag when too many players are close together in the game. I've a older processor with Win 7 64 bit. I'll experiment with control settings to ease up lag. Thanks for stopping by.
I think I met your fawn
And welcome to the forest! Seems that your fawn is really adorable.
Hello! And welcome!!!
Welcome to TEF! ^^
I still think some of the
The Forest Spirit from the anime Princess Mononoke
I'm still learning the soft points of this gentle game. I'm finding it a nice relaxing meditation or escape as a de-stressor. Worked for me last night after a close encounter with a tornado on Sunday in my city. I went from blind terror that afternoon as I watched the funnel leap over my head to land as a tornado on the ground four blocks away, (no sirens) to one of exhausted but very soothed peace after an hour or so with TEF later that night far into the evening.
I think I'll get my coworkers in on this interactive as a calming tool. Sure worked for me. LOL!
