Is anyone else finding TEF slow?

Because it's taking aaaaages for picto's to spread, and it doesn't usually happen to me. Is it something on my end or the TEF server, d'you reckon?

Edit: I give up for now. >_<

I'm having trouble getting in )8
I used to get in fine but now my pictos won't spread and if they do I get really bad lag and end up leaving.
I have no idea what is wrong Dx
