The player Nine posted a link in one of their blogs to a spelldata file which contains the complete Halloween set, as well as the Day of the Dead set. If you use the search bar you can search for not only Nine's blog, but also how to use spell data. If that's too much work, just wait til Halloween.
You download one of these (Provided by the generous one we know as Nine), it's called spelldata.
To use it, search your computer for the The Endless Forest 3 folder. Once you find it, locate the User folder inside it. Here, copy and paste the spelldata. Agree to the window that appears, you want to override the old spelldata file. Then, just start up your game and you will have the spells.

This blog contains a link to the file I was talking about.
This file is called spell-data, it is what tells TEF what set your deer is wearing.
You take the spell-data file in the above blog and download it.
Follow the rest of the instructions at Nine's blog, they will tell you where to put the file.
Be warned that moving, renaming, or deleting files within TEF can damage or break your game.
If you don't feel comfortable in risking this, don't.
Frankly I think it would be far easier for you to just wait til Halloween.

This might help if I have not explained clearly enough.
