Missing You
While Sarie was in Yellowstone, Magnet found himself missing Aspen. Whenever he got the magpie mask cast on him, he would go off feeling depressed.


With Friends
Anzel was spotted in the Forest again. Of course, those who could see her made chase. =]

Got a screenshot from the Ruins Duo in this post for once, just cuz it's easier. Pepokeen was trying to see the top of the Old Oak, but found it impossible to do, so the "ninja" was sent in to try his hoof at it, using his "ninja walk" (defying gravity).
This is as high as he could see sadly.

And now, something I'm sure some of you know about already if you've been reading the comments on Sarie's blog. (I kinda slip into "story mode" here. ^^; )

It just so happens that Magnet and Aspen were in the Forest at the same time as each other. Being the shy creatures that they both are, they wouldn't fully approach. Much of the time was spent gazing from a distance - Magnet was guilty of this too for awhile while being atop his favorite hill, between the poppies and the Blue Bowl. It took the persuasion of many deer - both friends and siblings - to almost literally shove them into the same vicinity.

It was about time this little game of theirs ended.

After Scape bid his farewell to his brother, leaving him with a message ("I better find out something good happened...") that had a threatening note to it, it took some time, but Magnet finally mustered up the courage to leave the tree he was hiding in. Aspen had been coaxed to come over to him already by Loop and Vessel.

Tentatively, he bowed, her returning the gesture.

And waited.

Why wasn't anyone moving anymore?

Unsure, Magnet edged the rest of the way out of the tree, but then it happened.

Everyone suddenly vanished!

As Magnet stood shocked, the human was trying everything possible to get the internet working again: unplugging the cable wires - both from the modem and splitter - and plugging them back in after blowing on them in case it might help; hitting the modem and shaking it around; to yelling curse words at it.

The human gave up after awhile. If it was going to work again, it would've by then. Only thing to do was wait.
After fighting off his sadness at hearing this, Magnet bashed his head against the same tree he'd been hiding in for awhile. Why now of all times?!





I decided to close the Forest since it was running for no reason now.
Then I got my revenge. >=] The modem was turned into a dumb-looking creature in Spore Creature Creator. That got it working again. XD
I hope the next time they meet will go better. *sends glare modem's way*

I can see 'Net blushing like crazy already.
