Scape: I seem to have fallen behind again. O.o
But no problem; there aren't many pictures this time, even though they go back to the morning of the first. XD
I ran into Himself, and he decided he wanted to be clones, so he started casting spells on me, and pretty soon I had the skeleton pelt, real deer mask, and candles. After posing for a few moments and goofing around as twins, we found who I later learned is a doe named Emiva at the Ruins. Himself had cast the skeleton pelt on her earlier, when she was asking for pelt spells, and after seeing us she sneezed back to it.
We were the three skeleton deer!


I left right after that, though, because it was getting late (early morning for my human after all), and let one of my buddies switch in - Toukan - right before fading from the Forest. Pega was slowly introducing him to everyone we know because his stag-day would be very soon.
He's grown up since then, which you probably know if you've read the journal Pega started for him and Kinsha. =]

And of course, the next day was his stag-day.
After helping Seed out with his set, he wanted to let Seed know why he was acting so similar to yours truly (we are quite a bit alike, actually, but no blood relation), so he let me switch in - after sneezing to candles so I wouldn't be completely naked. ^^;
Seeing Seed's own journal from that day, I see he suspected something before I appeared. Heh. Guess it was obvious at that point.
Everyone who was there all started dancing in the purple flowers nearby. Even Halogen showed up before that. =]

Anyway, there was the usual hijinx of running around, hopping, air-standing and stunts, and then hop-from-sitting while in the air. (We slowly drifted away from the group.) After I had enough with that, I wanted to see if I'd have time to get a closeup while Seed was still in the air, but no chance. He got down right after me. ^^; And soon we started walking backwards, and even moon-walking. =D
But Pega reminded me of how long it'd been since she'd eaten, so that was it for me. Switching to Toukan in case he wanted to come later to continue celebrating his staghood, I left the Forest.

And now we come to last night.
I went into the Forest - in my set this time thankfully - to find very few deer around. But I heard Reetno and Darcy answering my calls from the Playground, so I went to join them. I had a blast rofl-glitching with them. =] Seems that miscommunication between Pega and Reetno's human that got resolved was a blessing in disguise, because I think it helped in forming a friendship(s). X]
Soon, though, Reetno signalled that he was leaving, and he faded on the spot. =( I hung out with Darcy and this other deer for awhile longer, until the other deer ran away, and ran past again, only to sit down in the grass.
But then Darcy seemed to freeze. I thought it was because his human had walked away from her computer, so I took advantage of the situation to take a few closeups.

Scape: But I noticed Darcy still hadn't moved. This struck me as odd. I thought he'd at least sit down or something. So I called out, and listened.
No answer.
I tried again. I knew there were other deer near the lake.
Still nothing.
This led me to believe the connection might have gone bad. So Pega disconnected from the server, and tried reconnecting.
It wouldn't reconnect!! O_O No matter how many times she tried, still nothing. It was dead again.. o.o

Pega: It turned out to be the server computer updating the anti-virus again. I kinda suspected that was the reason, actually. ^^; It got fixed an hour later, so I sent Scape in to check. All was good. =]
