let's get this party started 8D you request, I start <3
America caught it. He stood
France blinked for a moment, raising an eyebrow, "I thought we settled this already. You won, remember?" He did remember the rather long war they had over Canada's land, the war that settled on him moving from France to live with England. The war he didn't really need to be reminded of. "I know what this is really about. And I was going to apologize at some point." The last time he and Canada were together was... not the best reunion. And even France knew that. Brothers were one thing, but going after someone you thought of as your son was going a bit too far. He didn't plan on making that mistake again.
Canada still sat there, listening to their words, trying to think of anything he could say.
I'LL BE THE HERO.
... AND EAT IT.
He nearly slid the door
England shook his head a bit more vigorously than was needed, hiding his fists under the table. "It doesn't seem that way; he's with you more than he is with me. And apologizing 'at some point' is probably the lamest excuse I've heard, Francis. Let him go before you ruin his first time by sending another French letter his way."

France's eyes slowly entered
Canada cringed at every word France ended up saying. He hoped and prayed England wouldn't lose his head, but he pretty much knew it was for naught.
I'LL BE THE HERO.

"Would you stop lingering on
"Look. It doesn't matter if you had him longer; it depends on who he'd rather be with. And how the hell is it possible to steal one's own brother? You accuse me of everything, don't you? Who's side are you even on, here!?"
...FOR JUSTICE.

France didn't respond, he
"STOP IT!" Canada stood from his chair, fists clenched and blue eyes hard. He shut his eyes tight, sitting down again, unable to follow up what he just yelled.
I'LL BE THE HERO.
... AND EAT IT.
"Indeed..." Tybalt muttered

His hands fell to his side and his pained eyes and hurt face sorrowfully watched his brother sit back down from his outburst. Stop it! ...Stop? Stop trying to claim his brother as really being his brother, or stop something relating to France? Or stop the meeting overall...? "Canada," he muttered, "help us out here. Please. We need your opinion too." By the time he'd finished talking and uncurling his fingers to slip his hands inside his pockets he'd sat back down, never looking at France but intent on his brother.

Canada looked over to England, finally taking his eyes off the ground for once. He looked at England, then at France. Ah, he couldn't decide... He sat back, his head tilting forward again and fiddling with his fingers. "I.. I don't know..." He shook his head, finally folding his hands in his lap to stop from fidgeting.
"Canada, this is more your decision than ours." France sat up, moving one side of his bangs back to get them out of his face.
Canada nodded, "I know but just... stop fighting." He held his hands up, quickly setting them down again and lifting his gaze to the both of them. "I moved away from you because of a fight in the first place. I don't wanna cause any more!" He stared hard at France, which seemed to work better than he thought.
France locked eyes with Canada for a moment, but with the look he was giving him, he quickly tore them away. If it weren't for the younger blond being so close to both of them, they would have been at each other's throats a while ago. He wasn't sure how to continue, maybe England would have a responce to this.

Fine.
He rose from his seat. "Well, I know what my decision is. I'm ..." I'm dropping out. But he couldn't leave Canada--that would hurt the two of them far too much, wouldn't it? Ever since England lost America during the American Revolutionary War he'd had no one to call a little brother. He'd been making alliances with Japan and staying with him moreover while learning his culture since no one else seemed to want him but he wasn't close enough to be considered a relative. Japan wasn't his property.
And yet, despite all this, America's words echoed in his empty head. If Canada still loves France, there's not much you can do about it. Just.. be glad he loves you too.
The crushed male sat back down, stricken at himself. Blonde hair swayed slightly as he shook his head. "...Nevermind, I don't know yet." I don't even know why the hell this meeting is happening anymore. What goal am I supposed to reach without hurting anyone? ...

France watched as England almost made his final decision, then blinked at his sudden uncertainty. He looked at them for a long while, not saying anything. Canada felt the silence drop on him, giving him the urge to say something.
He rose, letting the others know he was about to speak. But the words couldn't come to him, he didn't know how to put it. He had never felt so torn in his life, between his eldest brother and the man he thought to be his father. Who outdid who? His earliest memories were with France, but his best memories were with England and America. He leaned forward, resting his hands flat against the table and locking his elbows, his back starting to tremble. Canada's glasses feel onto the table, bouncing away slightly. He still wanted to speak, but his throat closed completely, only letting him give out stifled breaths.
France couldn't bear this. He rose himself, walking around the table and setting both hands on his shoulders from behind. Canada flinched at his touch, but remained there. France took a breath, muttering "We're ripping him apart..."
I'LL BE THE HERO.
... AND EAT IT.
Jealousy. He wanted to be
He wanted to be the one comforting Canada. Yet, once again, he was being stood up by France. Of course, he was moved at first, creasing his brows together in a hurt sort of recollection while Canada acted his part. He even started in on sliding his chair back so he had room to stand and pick up the fallen glasses. But France got their first.
His throat tightened on him as he swallowed a bit of rage, closing his eyes in the process and opening them again with a very confident yet warning stare aimed directly at France's pupils. "No shit. I brought you here to help me tape him back together." At his last definition he shrugged as though the fact were obvious, lifting his hands from his knees to pull at his shirt's collar. It was a move meant to keep him from being too moved by Canada and too pissed at France.
None of his tactics seemed to work. And he was making no progress. If anything, he was making himself look foolish and pathetic, worthy and deserving of being beat down.

France returned a glare to
At this point, Canada desperately wished there was someone else he could take comfort from other than the two people fighting over him. He wanted to wrap his arms around someone and sob into their shirt, but either way, the other would be hurt. England was more inviting, but France was closer. And he knew that if he latched onto France, it would make England feel that he lost. He tore his hands off the table, slapping them onto his eyes while taking in a loud, shaky breath. Nothing he wanted to do would end in everyone being satisfied. He did nothing, dispite all he wanted, he did nothing.
Suddenly courage lifted up in him though, "This is how I felt... after you lost, Papa..." He stammered to France, constantly wiping his hands across his eyes. "But this.. this is twice as bad..." When France lost the Seven Years War, Canada was practically dragged away to live with England and America. He would never forget how much it hurt to leave France all alone. After all that time. But back then he wasn't close to England. Not like he was now.
France withdrew his hands at Canada's voice. Papa... He stepped away from the younger one, giving England his chance to make his move if he needed to. He still calls me Papa.
I'LL BE THE HERO.
... AND EAT IT.
England jumped at the chance
And only then did he actually take the effort to move around the table and stand behind Canada. It seems he didn't have the nerve to stand by his side or in front of him; shame was written on his face clear as air, so he delivered the half-blind weeper his lenses by reaching an arm out to his side with his hand in view though nothing else. And he had nothing to say.
Especially when Canada admitting to crying about losing France to his brother. He didn't want to be with England after all.
This was the same thing all over again. He curled his fingers around the glasses and let them tremble under his force, staring at his dry boots with a scowl in his eye.
Damn it.

I'll take the appropriate action.
Canada continued sobbing,
France looked at England, grasping the glasses while the other still held them. "Stop. Now." He said sternly, turning his eyes back to Canada, who still shook and sobbed. He figured it would only make him more angry, but the younger blond needed to calm down, and it wouldn't happen until they calmed down themselves.
France stood straight, loosening up, but still holding on to Canada's glasses. "We need to settle down..." He loosened his grip on the glasses, but still didn't fully let go.
"Just... just hang on.." Canada squeezed, sitting down again, still wiping away tears furiously. France did so, finally letting go of England's hand to sit down in his own chair again. Canada took a few breaths, looking up at the two blurry blobs of color infront of him, not necessarily knowing which one was which. "I don't want either of you to think I'm leaving you behind." A pause, "Especially you, big brother..." He sniffled, wiping his soaked hand on his shirt.
I'LL BE THE HERO.
... AND EAT IT.
"Oi, Matthew..." Now that
Now that his hand was free, he could set the glasses back on the table and grab a nearby napkin to kneel next to the broken boy, wiping at his hands and face like a toddler stained with food. But these were tears. "I never once thought that--I grew up with you, bro. I raised you alongside America at some points and I just don't want to lose the relationship we have. And Francis... I fear he's the one that could tear us apart, like ..right now." The whole while he gave Canada food for thought he also slowed down on cleaning him, spacing off as he went until he froze completely and looked at nothing when finished.
Yet he stayed breathing, finally at a normal pace. His grassy irises flickered towards France and he said nothing more, thinking frantically to himself and not wishing to share his thoughts. He looked completely void of the will to fight this through.

France was a bit offended
France stood, taking in a breath, then letting it out. "You don't have to worry about it." He crossed his arms, "We settled it already, Canada was yours. It hurt to let him go but... You can't keep them forever." He fiddled with his hair a bit more, looking down, "I'm sorry this was such a mess." He stepped away from the table, about ready to take his leave.
"F-France?" Canada stood up again, padding his hands around the table to find his glasses. "Hey, w-wait..." He searched more frantically, glancing in England's direction to see if he had them. He never thought glasses would be so frustrating, now he knew why people hated them. Panic rose up in his chest as he heard the older one still taking steps away from the table, causing him to become more clumsy in his search.
I'LL BE THE HERO.

England helped Canada's
To hide his blush, he turned his upper torso towards his younger brother, letting go of France's elbow as his move of making him stop in the first place would make him stay long enough for Canada to have his word as well. England's eyes beckoned the blind boy over.

More and more frustration,
France stopped at England's touch, turning around to look at him with already solemn eyes. He never honestly expected a notion of gratitude over the situation, but he accepted it with a single nod. He shrugged, giving out a sad smile to show that he heard what England told him.
Canada went over, standing next to England, "Hold on..." He paused, gaining a bit of his courage by tightening his hands into fists. He feared what his brother would have to say, but he had to say it. He swiftly went over to France, embracing him around the chest and hiding his face in the older nation's shirt. "I can still see you... right?..." His voice was muffled, but still understandable.
France paused, but then put his arms around Canada, laying his hands gently on his back, "Course you can." He moved a hand to lift Canada's chin, staring him in the eyes. "I promise not to hurt you anymore, okay?"
Canada nodded, still hugging him for a rather long time before finally letting go to stand next to England again. He wanted to hug England too, but he wasn't sure of the reason. France started to turn around, but stopped, looking at England again. "England..." He repeated the words he said long long ago, "Take care of him." He didn't wait for a responce. France turned around, walking out the door and driving away. Canada looked at England, trying to say something but not finding the words.
I'LL BE THE HERO.

What did he expect? Canada
But he left and all was done. Canada still loved the each of them equally no matter how much he didn't want to rudely point it out to him. He'd wanted to make his brother feel better; feel confident and want to go out and see the world with open eyes.
The opposite happened.
He'd run out of tears but he certainly hadn't run himself free of frowning and shaking his head. A clammy hand ran through his hair slowly as he let a low sigh escape. "Well," he tried, attempting to lift the mood. But he left it at that for fear of continuing. He'd just tried to lift a burden off of Canada's shoulders but he only added more for the boy to carry on his back. Trying to fake nothing happened might hurt him, too. Everything he did now was going to have to be thought twice over. Hurting his brother was the last thing he wanted to do.
Just look where it got himself and America.

"England..." Every time he
Every time he tried, he couldn't think of what to say. After thinking and repeating his brother's name so many times, he finally came up with something. "I.. I didn't know what you wanted. And from what I see, I don't think I accomplished anything." He grabbed England's shoulders and gently turned him around to face him, "Just tell me... What's wrong?" He stared into his brother's big green eyes pleadingly, "I'm gonna try to make this work."
He was done with relying on others, at least for now. He was independent, just like everyone else. He was going to make it work, no matter what. He didn't want to end up like America and constantly bicker with him. But wishing for everyone to be happy wasn't going to do much. Why did England have to be so tough on the outside?

His pupils contracted for
What's wrong? He hated France, that was what was wrong. But there was nothing Canada could do about that and he looked far too eager to help. He tried something else. "I just wanted you happy. And there you sat crying."

He paused, closing his eyes for a second and then reopening them, "I don't want any more secrets... I know you don't want to but.. Tell me everything. Don't think about how I'll take it." He was preparing himself for anything, especially England denying him the right to know what he wanted. He just had to keep going for it.
Meanwhile, America and Japan had finished a long time ago what they said they would do. The deck was completely clean of everything, and they had been standing out there for a while with nothing to do. America to a few sneaky peeks inside to see what was happening. He knew that France and England got into the typical argument, later he saw Canada breaking down, and now he was looking in to see that France had left. He wondered if it was alright to come in now, but he refrained, listening closely to what they were saying.

England placed a hand on Canada's shoulder and put pressure on it while kneeling down so his brother would follow him down. Something about sitting lower to the ground made this more secretive and meaningful, what with their knees now touching as he rubbed at his own while watching his hands rather than Canada's face for just a moment as he gathered himself. Why was he so hesitant? It's not like anything mattered anymore.
"Alright, here's the deal: I don't like France. I don't want you seeing him alone as much as you are now because I fear what he'll do to and with you behind my back. I'm jealous that he gets praised as being your father and I'm only as close to be considered a brother, and...I'm not sure. That's about it, really." A half-hearted, forced chuckle as he closed his eyes and rubbed at his head, finally looking at Canada's tear-smeared glasses. "How pathetic do I sound?"

Canada found it strange
Canada let out his breath, understanding a little better now. "I see..." He looked up slightly in thought, then looked at England again. "You know, when I started living with you and America, and got close to you both, I kind of... Well, I had forgotten about France for a while. During that time... nobody seemed more like a father than you." He blinked, trying to smile but failing, "You were so big back then..." He wondered if that would change anything, seeing as how he never told anyone that before. Maybe America, but he didn't remember.

And then America's old words hit him in Canada's voice: You were once so big.

Japan had eventually given in to the heat by tearing off his tank as well, throwing it over his shoulder while flicking his sweaty hair to the side and HAHAnoStirring, a breeze filtered through the nearby trees towards the deck, crawling lightly against Japan's skin as he breathed it in, and then out. America shrugged, closing the door slowly again to step over to the other person. "They seem to be having some 'brother time'. I think we should leave them alone for a while still." Canada grabbed England's hand uncertainly. He wanted to say more, but he got the feeling that England had had enough. He nodded, looking to the door before walking over there. The young blond opened the door to the deck, stepping out in the awful heat. He cringed a bit, but then entered without noticing much. Shirtless America was a bit distracting anyway. "What's.. up?" Canada asked, as if this scene was overly awkward.

Before Japan had the chance
The sound of boots followed onto the deck after that. England had joined Canada, standing uncertainly behind him but with eyes brightened for once. Being outside helped to lift his mood from the dreary feeling in the house despite the sun only still beating down on them. "If you want girls, America, you'll have to keep your shirt on," he grinned.

He stood in front of him, smiling, "I'm fine." And he was fine, he felt a little more mature after that whole thing, even though he probably acted the most childish of them all. "But what about you? You've been sitting out here in this heat the whole time..." He himself started fanning himself with his hand, causing his idiot hair to bounce around a bit, before getting headlocked again by America. "Wanna play football? Perfect weather!"
"F-football, eh?" He grabbed America's arm, not trying to pull his way out, but putting some weight on it to dangle freely for a moment. "Sure, alright!" Good old America, suggesting a sport to lift the mood, and Canada was in the perfect mood to play anything. America let him down to pound onto the grassy ground and bolt towards his garage to grab a football. Canada looked down at his shirt, "Ah, I don't want grass stains..." He grabbed the bottom, pulling it up, then off. He set it next to America's shirt, padding down onto the ground and waving his arm, "Come on!" Partially to England and to Japan, though he was probably sure neither of them would play. Maybe England would go if he misunderstood, since America said "football" and not "soccer". America came running out again with the brown, leathery ball, calling out to Canada and passing it to him for no particular reason.

This was much better. He even had it in him to smile at America and Canada's antics while leaning against the deck's rails. "I have. And it works. Your chest just isn't as attractive as mine," he grinned, patting at his chest and realizing he still had his jacket covering himself. He started in on unbuttoning it before Japan gave a short moan.
"I'll be the only one still dressed..." He didn't want to be truthful and admit that seeing all of his friends flaunt around like this was quite uncomfortable.
England poked Japan's ribs with his elbow, jacket already tossed on the deck as he started in on biting his gloves to yank them off. "No one's going to see," he laughed. "It's normal to be like this in America. You should try to, it really is hot out." He was being honest about that, tossing his gloves together in one hand before setting them on top of the grill's lid and jogging after Canada. He was all for this before America trotted back out with a brown ball. "That's not--oh...ah," he blinked, embarassed. He rubbed a bit of perspiration off the back of his bare neck (FOSGA) while hoping his pink cheeks looked like a sunburn over a flush. He'd forgotten sports terms here.
Japan sat on the grass a ways from them, fully intent on just watching and picking at grass.

America and Canada met in
"I s'pose you don't know how to play, huh Iggy?" He waved the football in England's face before returning it to his chest. "Everyone is on their own, and you have to get the ball to either there," He pointed to one end, "Or there." He pointed to the opposite end. "Depending on where you are. Oh, and Canada, don't be afraid to whip out your hockey madness. We're tackling." He laughed, making Canada laugh as well. "Okay, but you might get a black eye."
They started once, America tossing the ball in the air and springy Canada being the first to catch it. This wasn't even football really, but it was still fun to them. Canada bolted for one side, but America managed to catch up and tackle him, making Canada let the ball fly away for anyone to catch. America rolled off from on top of Canada, helping him up to prepare for another tackle. Canada looked over at Japan, "You sure you don't wanna play?" He called, wiping some grass blades off his face which only left a faint green smudge.

He continued rubbing the back of his neck while musing to himself before deciding to just jump in on it and see what happens. Uselessly, he rammed into America and slid across the grass with him.

Canada shrugged, "Ah, you just run after whoever has the ball and try to steal it. Come on, I bet you're better than you think!" Japan winced as England took
The Western culture was bizarre and complicated.
"Canadaaaa!" He laughed, knowing full and well he wouldn't be able to stop himself from tackling his little brother, successfully grabbing the ball and lifting himself off of him so his weight wouldn't hurt too much. (It was all muscle, but still...) The grass stained his hands as he did so and he attempted to cleanse them off on his chest, but that only smeared it, making him look quite

America ran after the both of them, not entirely expecting to get the ball, but just keeping up with the other two. He stopped as soon as Canada rammed into England, looking at Japan again to keep prodding him. "Come on, doesn't this look fun?" He held out his arms to his sides in question before turning around to snatch the ball again, running in a different direction. SEXYSEXYSEXY. England slowed
England slowed down a bit on purpose just because he didn't want to make a fool if himself incase he was going the wrong way without being told, or holding the ball wrong, or so much more. If Canada got him he wouldn't have to worry about it. "Shit," he faked, grinning as he was pulled onto the ground and felt the ball slip from his hot fingers. He sat up and pushed off the floor with his hands to help himself up, noticing Canada was already standing and his twin was off in the other direction. "Get America, get America!"
Japan dropped his face a bit lower on his shoulders, hugging his legs to him and only then realizing how his shirt was sticking to his wet skin oddly. It seemed barbaric to go half-naked and run around chasing men, but how miserable must he look sitting there alone, watching? He dropped a snapped blade of grass back onto the ground and picked up another, not looking America in the eye but listening to their games and his words all the more. "Yes."
The more he thought about it the more it seemed entertaining over ridiculous.

Canada took England down in
America wiped the sweat off his forehead with the back of his hand, then taking off his glasses and wiping them clean on his pants, which were badly stained in green. Canada shook out his longer bangs, combing them back again with his hands. "You must have magic words to tackle like that Canada." He called with a grin. Canada shrugged happily, "You told me to use my hockey madness, didn't you?"
The two brothers met near the deck to include Japan, in case he wanted to join. America stretched his arms out, letting out a sigh of content. Canada rubbed his arms, feeling stronger already. It was only then he realized how green all of them were, which made him laugh.

HAW I just killed a gnat
England was perplexed; a break already? But he couldn't complain as he wanted a time-out to have the rules explained to him better as well. Maybe after Japan heard what he was to do he'd join England's team and they could actually do this right. "Looks like we're wearing camoflauge," he muttered, slowly coming over to Japan and wiping olive-colored smudges off his chest.
Japan watched and licked his lips in embarassment at having three shirtless men surrounding him. He let go of his legs to stand and take in some air, silent and staring off into the distance at something to avoid looking curious.
England sat on the steps to retie his boots. "Hey, while we're here--you've got to tell me how to actually play."

ONKDGON OH YOU sorry it took
America laughed while wiping his own chest uselessly, feeling like the grass stains were like a trophy. While England retied his boots, America cracked his knuckles and Canada stretched his back. America shot a look at England, "Well, if we had an even amount of players, we could play this properly." He shifted his weight from one foot to the other, looking down at Japan, "Last chance, Japan, wanna play?" He never thought himself to be annoying.
Canada stood, scratching his head and taking in deep breaths of fresh air. It amazed him how just a few minutes ago he was wailing in the kitchen in front of France and England. And now he felt like nothing happened at all. He looked at the sky, noticing the sun was getting a little low, though the color of the sky didn't change. His face brightened considerably, "Hey, after this, you wanna start up the fire pit?" He directed his voice at America, but it was an invitation to everyone.

A grin of hopefulness was shot at Japan by the only one their with emerald eyes. "Come on, Japan," he pladed, knowing full and well that the shortest would probably bend under pressure quicker than anyone else. The spotlight was on him as of now no matter how much he hadn't wanted it.
It was probably Canada's mention of a fire that got Japan's mood up in the air more than anything, however. He folded his hands together and blinked a few times before giving in. "I'll play," he sighed, nearly toppling over as England hugged his shoulders as a physcial thanks along with his repeated words of it. As long as they got to sit around a fire in the end, however, Japan would take anything that was thrown at him. And of everyone here America was probably the most into sweets; he'd have smores galore. But he refrained from asking when that time would come.
England let go of the Asian before straightening himself out, cracking his neck and back before grunting (OMGSHUDDUPLOL<3) at the efforts. "I get tired around fires," he commented. "I'd probably fall asleep. What time is it?"

At the sound of Japan saying
America grabbed the football again, not wasting any time now that he was getting into it. He set the ball on the ground, pointing to Canada, "Little bro, you're with me! Iggy, you get Japan. We're playing this the right way now." He pointed to the end of the yard in front of him, "Iggy, that's your endzone, and the one behind me is mine. The point is to keep us from getting the ball to your end. That means tackling, and lots of it!" He enjoyed teaching the non-Americans about the game, as basic as it was. He wasn't going to be picky about how to play it, it was a simple family game.
"Everyone got it?" He asked. Canada already knew, but he nodded anyway, shifting his weight anxiously to know which position he was about to take.
WELL DAMN. Oh well, I'll see you tomorrow I guess. Or maybe not if I don't feel lazy and actually make that plushie LOL

"Jesus, Al, you talk a lot,"
"Sounds--fine," he panted, and before he could even regain himself England was dashing back towards the ball all on its own a few feet away. America and the others were already after it.
Japan joined in the chase and surprised probably everyone by getting to it first; and it would have been a brilliant catch had he not tripped right before hugging it to himself. His partner ran into him halfway through and rolled on his back while laughing hysterically at this entire day he'd lived through. He couldn't remember the last time they'd all been together enjoyably like this.

(I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO PLAY
The game continued for quite some time, everyone becoming greener and greener as the day went by. At some point Canada landed on his ankle wrong and they had to take a break, but it proved to be fine and the game continued. But soon the sun was threatening to disappear, giving the sky an orange-dark blue contrast. America looked at where the sun was, and after one more play, he lifted his hands. "Alright, it's getting pretty late. I think we can call it quits, huh?"
The green-stained male walked over to the other three, who were probably equally as green as he was, slapping a hand on all their backs while telling them how well they played. Canada wiped the sweat off his forehead, unknowingly spreading a green line across his eyes. He smiled, shaking out his overly sweaty bangs again. He rubbed his thin shoulders, looking over at England, "Are you staying for the fire?"
"Fire sounds nice right now, actually. And you know what fire means..." He turned to them, giving to thumbs up, "Smores!"

Of all of them, Japan was
He pressed sweat-sticky fingers against his scraped cheek that he received from tripping wrong and having the right side of his face burn against the football's material. It was just a red mark but it stung less he keep it steady with his touch. His chest continued to heave up and down.
Funny world, anyway--in Japan, the sun would be rising.
England sat next to his friend with a sigh of content before leaning back with his palms on the top step. "You should take your shirt off, J," he panted while jokingly patting the Asian's chest. The palest bolted upright with a meek intake of breath.
"I'm fine," he excused, running a hand through his hair before feeling his shirt start lifting itself up. England was in on it despite Japan's efforts to stop him.
"Comeoncomeon! Help me, you guys!" He laughed, struggling with his friend to have him join in on the fun. He'd give in eventually. "I won't let you stay for the fire unless you do," he taunted. And that did it even without his brother's help. Japan lifted his arms with a blank expression for his ally to pull it over his head. Mission accomplished.

America and Canada sat next
Canada, though beckoned earlier, stayed in his chair, watching in amusement and laughing with America (to a lesser extent). He fanned himself again with his hand to cool himself down, combing his bangs backward with his fingers afterward. Once they were all settled down, he stood, his tired legs a little wobbly, and turned towards the door, "You guys want something to drink? We have just about anything..." Anything he could think of, anyway. He was probably opting to get the stuff for the smores too, as long as he was inside, anyway. That would leave America and the rest to open up the fire pit and get it started.

"You guys are barbaric," came a flat mumble. He crossed his arms over his stomach as if that would cover everything and give his skin some shadow to make him look darker, but that failed. It wasn't because he was normally in his house cleaning because he spent a good amount of time outside, too--it was simply the fact that he almost always wore clothes that covered him completely and left no skin to be tanned by the sun.
England, on the other side, was busy laughing at his friend's misfortune of being stripped and poked at. He was so shrimpy it was almost cute. "Hey, at least you grew some muscle since I saw you last," he complimented, poking at his friend's pale arm. Japan flinched in turn and continued to press against his cheek silently, fully intent on Canada to avoid the other two sitting next to him.
"Do you have tea?" he tried. England then realized his little brother's question and asked cockily for a Coke, standing to stretch his arms again and peer down at America. "You have any fire wood around?"

America had calmed down,
America shrugged, "Can't say I do. Any tea I do have is probably a hundred years old, so I don't think it would be any good." He coughed, masking a mutter, "And it's England's tea after all" Canada still waited for Japan to give a second answer while nodding at England's request.
America took in a deep breath, "Course I do, why wouldn't I?" He went over to England, grabbing his arm lightly and tugging it along with him, "Come on, let's get it ready."
