The three brothers looked at each other, exchanging something iin a way of eye conversation before Gabe put his hand behind his head and headed for the door. "I have people to torment with my god looks and amazing personality..so guess I'll see you around." he shrugged

"Tormenting?" Raphiel muttered "Yes..I'm sure you do." he sighed.

Uriel smiled at Joan "Come we should find some pain killers and antiseptic at the least."

Lily blinked a few times, taking in what he said. " Well, yes, you DO have to get the message across... " She replied, her smile fading. They walked into the library, but as they were, Lily saw a dark shape in the corner of her eye. There was nothing there when she looked directley at it. Although, she quickley forgot about it. " Yeah, i didn't like books when i was a child. I was more into mud than reading. " She chuckled softley.

He kept his hands in his pockets looking around It smelt like dust and calmness. Not his thing. "What do you need here any how?" he mused turning a little wheel filled with book marks and pulling his sunglasses up. His eyes where blood shot and tired.

"eh he" he sunk down in a chair, rummaging through his bag and popping a few small white pills and swallowing them. "have fun" he smirked.

I think i can make it she said


Stella sighed she decided to go back to heaven to that peaceful place Raphiel had shown her

He watched her for a moment "Ok..if you say so." he nodded and stepped back a bit.


Raphiel walked. He didn't know where or care because he was basically pacing in his deep thoughts. But with out a wall to make him turn around and pace back..he was simply walking aimlessly through haven.

Uriel was right behind her.


Raphiel stopped, looking at her, wondering if he was surprised to see her there or not. He decided it didn't matter.

He landed on the railing, he stood there for a moment before crouching down, resting his arms on his knees and watching her "Rest please..you worry me."

He closed his eyes for a moment "For me?" he whispered.


He swallowed what was there to say "Hey."

He hopped gently off the railing and laid next to her "I'l do my best."


"Umm.." how am I?..Numb..I feel numb "Ok." he shrugged slightly.

Uriel watched her for hours


He hardly moved "So you read minds now." he murmured.

Just a couple of hours" he said sitting up.


"Oh yeah..forgot that one." he sighed.

"I wish i could." he nodded simpely.

He shrugged "Of course it is..what could possibly be wrong?"

He followed "How do you feel?"


He watched her "Of course it is..cause why pay attention to the things we can't change..if we ignore them..then everything that is left..is ok."

Urile blinks "I've seen people who have been ran over by trains..it's not very pleasant."


"Which is a very long time" he looks at her.

"Do wish my assistance?" he mused moveing closer

"You have longer." he said, his voice was harsh and husky "And may hell and all it's inhabitant try and rise up and stop me." he backed her up against a tree "Just let them try." he whispered.

He smiled slightly and nodded "My pleasure" he said cleaning away a bit of dried blood and putting bandages over it.


He put his hands on either side of her, against the trunk "I'm a big boy..I know what I want."

Lily noticed after a moment that he was asleep. She didn't want to wake him, so she took a peice of paper off the desk, and took a small pencil from the pencil holder. Silentley, she wrote down her number and adress on it, and placed it on the table next to his chair. She then gathered her books and walked out of the library.

Gabe woke up about twenty minutes later when a librarian prodded him and the head "Sir! I'm gonna have to ask you to leave now!" he nodded mumbling and rubbing his neck, then looked around trying to figure out what he was doing. He picked up the paper between two fingers and scanned it. He stood and tore the paper in half tossing it in the trash can. Didn't want anyone else getting her address. The sun was down and the world was growing cooler. "Need..sleep" he mumbled dragging his bare feet across the ground. He pulled out his cell phone and texted her "Sorry for falling asleep like that. Make it up to you some time soon?"

He touched her cheek gently "I love you."


"I'm not scared of him." he murmured.

He held her gently, afraid to hurt her and stroked her hair.

He shrugged "things change."

Lily was standing at her doorstep when she got the text. She felt her cellphone vibrate in her pocket, and she pulled it out. with a quick flip of her phone she stared at the screen. She replied, " It's alright, you looked tired and i didn't want to wake u. Sounds good. Maybe if your up to it we can go for lunch or something this weekend! ". After she replied she shut her phone off and dropped it into her purse as she walked inside.

He smiled at his cell phone as he hailed a cab. "Sounds good." He got to his hotel and nearly fell asleep in the elevator.

Lily gave out a long sigh and entered her small apartment. she was also tired, and walked into her bedroom, plopping down onto the bed for a nap.

Gabe rolled out of bed early the next morning and disappeared for work.
