Origins
A cambion of Andras, one that hails from the mysterious realm of Stratos. A vagabond, Rocha is always on the move, staying afloat stealing, squatting, and hustling wherever the money's good. As he finds himself steadily gaining influence with the underworld markets of Alexandra and Victoria, so grows his knowledge of his homeland and his roots.
Rocha does most of his "business" with a mask, as is typical in Stratos crime circles--the very same one he wears in the forest, minus the horns.
Rocha came to the forest quite by accident, with little power over the ability to return to it whenever he wanted. He eventually trained himself to quite easily fall into the trance that brings him here. It's a nice change of pace from the over-industrialized realm of Stratos, and a place to sleep, no less.
