"Ali" Arabic meaning "Exhaulted one"

APPEARANCE:
Ali is your average magical - like red deer hind. She is very colourful, and bears a fabulous pelt that resembles the wings of a Monarch Butterfly. She is a pinch smaller than other deer, but is still taller than a mini deer. She is also a pound or two underweight, and is very fragile. Strangely, her body shape is rather normal. Her legs are dark and are somewhat a little short, but she is still very fast. She has no antlers and is afraid of her real deer face, so she wears a skull mask over it. If you look closely, you can see her sparkly bright orange eyes through the eye holes in her mask.

Sometimes Ali gets long and pretty butterfly "stems" growing out of her head. When this happens, she isn't afraid of her real deer face and takes off her mask to reveal her ACTUAL face. It's just like a normal deer's, but orange of course ^^

Personality:
Ali is a bit shy but very playful. She grows attached to deer very quickly, as she knows the deer won't harm her in any way. She befriends just about anyone, although she doesn't take to some certain personalities. She likes playing games and can be very social. She enjoys copying fawns and mini deer (she gets lots of joy out of it, but stops when they seem to get mad). Sometimes she gets a bit shy when approaching groups of deer and often hangs around until she's sure that they won't mind her. If she gets into a fight, she gets upset for a few hours, if not, days.

She doesn't spar, but will fight other deer if they provoke her or do something wrong. The only deer she won't fight is a fawn (they are her weakness). It takes a while for her to back down for a fight. Although she gets into fights at times, she is awfully gentle.

History:
Ali was born right next to the twin gods statue. She had no idea how she got there, and who her parents were. Straight after she opened her eyes, she knew she was in a wonderful place. She quickly learnt how to walk, run and do the basic things any deer could do. The first deer she came across was a white stag with poppies on his antlers and the DOTD mask.
Ali was born at a time when nearly every deer in forest was asleep. So she hasn't got much chances of communicating, so she isn't the best at it.

Habits:
Ali is allergic to certain flowers, including poppies. She always avoids purple flowers when she's running through the forest. So, she'll never join you if your playing in or near a flower patch. Don't worry, she is only allergic to the planted flowers and freshly picked flowers, so if you wear flowers she won't have a reaction.

She loves music, and always uses a nod + shake action like she's bobbing her head to a beat ^^.

She is OK with dancing but doesn't like dancing for long unless she's in a dance party (it makes her blend in)

She gets skittish when it comes to trying new things.

Her favourite kind of company is with two or three deer, mostly adults. But she still loves hanging with fawns.

She loves water. A lot. She enjoys drinking and standing in the pond,and sleeping by it.

She is afraid when big deer use the "rear" action. She thinks they may not notice her and trample her.

She will always be prepared to fight another deer if they provoke her. She would even fight a large stag if they were mean to her!


She loves resting and sleeping near or in the pond.

She is a member of the Endless Herd, but she is OOC when she meets up with them.

She has super sensitive ears.

Sometimes Ali has moments when she just stands still. What she's really doing is "tuning in" to her surroundings, by moving her ears here and there..
