If I can't actually create a scrolling DIV,
I can at least give the illusion that it is by making everything else scroll around it.

Inserting the code for placing a music player anywhere on the page will have the same effect.

<style>body{background:#ffffff; color:#000000; font: 9.5px verdana;} div#sidebar-left.sidebar {display:none} h3 {display:none} h2 {display:none} #wrapper #container #center .right-corner .left-corner {max-width:100%; width:100%; min-width:100%; max-height:100%; height:400px; min-height:100%; background-image: url('http://data.whicdn.com/images/4976175/tumblr_lbhf15eaQh1qa0ulmo1_500_large.jpg?1289864434'); background-position: center center; background-attachment: fixed; overflow:auto;} #header-region {display:none} .breadcrumb {display:none} .comment.odd, tr.odd, tr.info, .comment, tr.even, .comment.even {max-width:958px; width:958px; min-width:958px; background:#ffffff; border:none; margin:auto} .comment .picture {display:none} .links {color:#ffffff} .new {display:none} .comment div.links {background: transparent} .comment .content {margin-left: 20px; padding-bottom: 10px} ul.links a {color:#353535} ul.links a:hover {color:#353535} span.submitted {color:#353535} .submitted a{color:#2B2F3B} .node .picture {display:none} #comments .picture {visibility: hidden} #tabs-wrapper {border-bottom: none} #squeeze h2{display:none}#logo{position: relative; width: 400px} div.status {display:none}.node .links, .comment .links{padding: 10px}.node{max-width:1000px; width:1000px; min-width:1000px; background:#ffffff; border-bottom: none; margin:auto}</style>

<div style="background:#ffffff; z-index:2; position:absolute;right:3px;top:3px; border: 1px solid #000000; padding: 20px; margin-right: 100px; margin-left: 100px;">
