Video Mate Date - Mama

For the ongoing Video Mate 'roleplay', Quad is going to have his dates on here so he can get to know the does interested in him better. I hope this is okay, sorry if it seems like I'm spamming the site but he's got four dates to do XD!!

While this will be a date with Trigger Mortis' Mama, anyone can stop by and observe, interact, whatever. Just try not to embarrass Quad...he gets a little gassy when he's nervous. Eye

The blackbuck antelope set up a romantic evening for his date. Set by the Pond, he gathered some candles and lit them around. He also prepared some mushroom and pinecone hors d'oeuvres with blueberry wine (that Chris gave him). The afternoon light was perfect for the mood he wanted for the date, and nearby dragonflies buzzed over the water, the flutter of their wings as well as the ebb and flow of the Pond giving a lovely ambiance to the area.

Quad awaited nervously for his date, and hoped everything would go okay.

Although she was worldly in

Although she was worldly in many ways, Mama had to confess herself nervous. For all her experience, she had never been on a date before, indeed, the concept was almost foreign to her. She stood under the cascading waters from the idol, refreshing herself for the evening. Finally, with a vigorous shake, she stepped out of the falls and proceeded along the small river that flowed toward the pond. She had agreed to meet the bluebuck near the pond, feeling that it would be an ideal place for her, calm and relaxing, and the place in the forest she felt most comfortable. She was still unsure about some aspects of the forest, but the pond was familiar, and reminiscent of home.

Stepping out of the water to the bank, she gave a little gasp of pleasure at the sight of the set-up that the bluebuck had created. With a smile and a blush hidden by her dark fur, she plucked a poppy from river bank and proceeded to where Quad had set up his picnic.

As the big moose stepped into the candlelight, she stepped forward to make a curtsy, but tripped over a rock concealed in the ground. Stumbling forward, she caught herself on her knees, wincing slightly, but turning it into a grin as she landed in front of the bluebuck and presented him with her flower.

"I believe you were expecting me?"

(As an aside, sorry this took so long, school's been crazy, and still is, so while I may not reply overly often, I will try to get to it when I can!)

The fat blackbuck stepped

The fat blackbuck stepped forward nervously, afraid that his date might have hurt herself when she stumbled. When she regained her footing, he quietly farted out of nervousness, not very audible but she may have noticed the flames on the candles flicker right behind him (plus the stench though it may have gone unnoticed).

"Err...yes, yes...it's so glad to finally meet you. And may I say you are quite beautiful this afternoon.", Quad spoke, though his confidence was shaky. He motioned for her to come sit by the picnic.

The big cow followed the blackbuck over to the picnic area, wrinkling her muzzle slightly but otherwise choosing to ignore the strange smell that wafted. She knew that she herself could be malodorous at times, and didn't fault the sweet stag.

With an ungraceful thud, she lowered herself to the ground. Once comfortable she smiled at Quad, batting her eyelashes.

"Merci cheri, you are too kind. I must admit, from your video I did not realize your antlers were quite so...geante, they are quite marvellous no? This whole layout is just beautiful Quad, you have put so much into this! You really know how to flatter a silly moose."

Quad didn't want to tell her

Quad didn't want to tell her that he had a difficult time understanding her accent. He resisted the urge to tilt his head. Stay polite, stay polite..., he kept thinking.

"Err...yes, Michael gave me these antlers after an Abiogenesis. I didn't like how huge they were at first (and they're pretty heavy too) but now I've gotten used to them. I tend to scare fawns away, though...", he replied, and lowered his head bashfully here.

"A friend of mine taught me how to make these snacks here. Have you ever tried these 'chanterelle' mushrooms before? They're a variety from France...", he asked
