From a set standpoint, I'd say skull mask (if you have it, other wise maybe dotd mask/real deer?), antlers either default, swan or maybe space beluga. As for pelt, noh maybe? But not sure what the actual color of your deer is. I figure Noh because it's hardly used and it's got the swirly thing going on, or maybe golden butterfly

There is a fawn pelt that is brown with swirls. If you want to reload the set a lot you could play a fawn with that skull mask and the antelope antlers (what are they called?)
