Sometimes I just throw Atiq in and trot around for stress relief or just to chill out in general, but I stumbled upon a very special deer:
"Awww what a cute little deer fami-"
"...wait...is that...?"
"IT IS. LIER."
...well, at least his old picto. It was just such a random thing to run into for me, and it carries a bittersweetness to it that isn't necessarily bad.
I just wanted to share this moment because that chapter of TEF was important to me and that character, and I actually got the biggest, proudest smile on my face when I caught it because I'm SO happy it found a good home and a good, well-loved, new character ~!

Even a little moreso because while I did go on to try making other characters, I was never as close to them as Atiq and then Lier, it was very hard for me to let him leave the forest but he hit a dead end here.
Luckily I'm a story teller by trade so I get to keep him and use him outside of here and he's ended up doing very well XD
It's just so neat to see how what you think is just going to be a deer(ish) character for a whimsical online magical forest can attach themselves, barnacle-like, to you and evolve and end up being bigger than what this place can contain haha
