As he moves into late adolescence, body has shed all unnecessary fat and put on lean muscle in its place, making him more suitable for the streamlined flight he will be exercising soon. Markings have come in bright and full, and are unlikely to show much further change as he ages. Still growing in size, however, and has a ways to go.

Came across his mother in deplorable condition; didn't need to ask to tell she was suffering, not of the body, but of the mind and heart. Coiled around her and groomed her, wrapping her up in a wing. Hoping that his quiet reassurances may help to ease her pain.
